it's okay to have sex with a girl while she's on her period... but it depends on the girl if she feels like it or not.

It's ok but a bit yucky, I can't speek for anyone else but I get horney a few days before my period, (can't beleive I just told half the world that though)

The best time to have sex is right after the period ends..that's when it's usually best for most woman, also there usually ovulating that time so there dangerously fertile.

Yes, women can be aroused during their periods, especially before they start. However, I do not recommend sex during their period. God says that's a big no-no.
