It can. When we were trying for #2, we spent several months with no result (which was the opposite of our experience with #1). Eventually my wife went to the doctor for some tests, and when she swabbed her for yeast, the doctor said "Oh, my" and called in all her nurses. "We almost never see a yeast infection like this outside of a textbook," she told my wife.
A few days of extra-strength miconazole later and we were back in business. Baby #2 was born the following spring and is now almost 16, so the effects are temporary.
The explanation, by the way, is that the yeast infection changes the pH so drastically that the sperm dies off before it has a chance to get into the uterus.
You should also be concerned if you're getting regular yeast infections, because they can signify other medical conditions, such as undiagnosed diabetes as well as immune-system suppression from various other conditions. Worth asking your doctor if you have them every few months...

Most definitely. Try eating a serving of yogurt every day for the yeast infection. The infections kills the sperms little swim upwards.
