Is sneezing/ runny nose serious?

For the past few days or so my chihuahua puppy has been sneezing and has a runny nose. The liquid coming out is clear (no blood) and she is eating/drinking fine. Is it probably just a cold that she will recover from? If so,is there some vitamin I can give her to help her immune system out?

You are right that it is probably just a cold. I think it will go away by itself in a few days. I don't know anything that you could give it but you could call a vet and ask them. This may also be allergies so if it continues for more than 7 days ask the vet about it.

Take your dog to the vet. I just adopted a puppy last week and she has developed the sneezing and runny nose. She acts just fine , but I have been told that this is common with kennel cough. Kennel cough is an airborn virus much like our flu, and highly contagious. There are different strains of it also like our flu. Which mean symptoms will vary by pooch.

The owner of the dog needs to know how to "operate" the dog, same way you can get into a car that's in perfect running order but if you don't know how to drive you won't have much luck making the car go anywhere. People seem to think that once a dog is trained, that's it. Not true. You must reinforce the dog's training every single day in some way.
