ex lax or the california dieters tea( the tea worked for my 80 year old mother inlaw who was backed up for 5 days).

Since most laxatives are harsh I would go with glycerin suppositories first and use more than one if needed. this stimulates you from the other end and doesn't interfere with your digestion or the electrolytes in your body. Laxatives can cause you to cramp and have more of a movement than you really need. You can take some anti gas med. or Maalox or Rolaids for the bloating and use the glycerin for relief. If you have this often try eating fiber, whole grain cereals, breads, fruit and veggies do the trick much better and are healthier in the long run. Good luck.

I agree, the Dieter's Tea. They have it right at Wal-Mart. Also, try some sugar free candy like Russell Stovers. If you get a small bag of the chocolate caramel drops ane at that, I guarantee you'll be moving. Also, an over the counter laxative will work. But I think the tea or the sugar free candy works fastest.

eat fibrerous stuff, metamensils and more vinegar to ur salad, u'll never need all other treatment again.

walk after u eat. atleast 15 mins don;t sit down. try and poop 2 times a day atleast, notice mornings are easy if u do some exercise that involes squating or lifting sounds abit weird but it does help moves things along. hope this help change ur life style etc.

Start with increased daily fluid intake.
Follow up with a high fiber diet.
Check with Pharmacist about a safe laxative.
