Never heard of duck-butter.

*** I had to edit my answer after I searched for "duckbutter"!
I am not sure if you ment just duck grease (the real thing)
or the information mentioned in the web-site below?

I like mayo, ranch dressing, and tartar sauce. I don't eat McDonalds fries any more, but when I did I loved dipping them in the barbecue sauce they give out with chicken nuggets.
