An Italian espresso machine, 380V 16A has 3-wire cord, hot,neutral,and ground, so what type of plug do I use?

I would suppose an Italian one. There is no 380 volt current in the United States, so If you have one here, you better leave it in the box. The only hot, neutral, ground plug here is 110. The 220 volt system in the states is two hots and a ground.
