I feel I ought to point out to one of the answers that collagen implants are in fact injections to make ones skin swell up for reasons of,,,, errrrm I'm not exactly sure as my questions aren't always that truthful. Anyway if one was to put collagen in ones lips and the injection slipped it would most definatly make ones nose a tad larger.

I would kick him up the bum, and make him work a week without pay. If he quits, the promote the hairdresser.

I suspect that the swelling is only temporary.
I suggest that the butler should be too.
But as for promoting the hairdresser, be careful you don't end up with a diet of angel hair pasta, jugged hare and the 'hair of the dog' forever more!
A case of 'gone today, hair tomorrow' perhaps?

No. The butler should do his duties and grab a straw and suck out the infection. After that make him have a uniform change, into a duct tape suit.
After that, enlist yourself in some basic English sentence structure courses. It is not your nose that your butler is laughing at, but because he .......... and then he ........... in your breakfast. ;)
