Woah there! Dont listen to anyone who tries to tell you just to wing it and stick bleach under your arms!!! The skin there is very sensitive. If you must, test out a little blob to make sure theres no reaction.
Anyway, why blonde pit hair?
Oh whoops, just went back and realised I didn't read the question properly!!

Do you mean the hair on your arms rather than your armpits? Yes. Your drugstore should have bleaching compounds (Llike Jolen--mostly used for upper lip hair) which are gentler than straight peroxide.

You'd need to mix it with some sort of chemical that'll make it adhere. Try the stuff used to bleach unwanted facial hair. But, seriously, do you really need to bleach your arm hair? Honey, it's only so noticeable to you. Trust me on this. But if it'll make you feel better to lighten the stuff, go for it with my blessing! Just be careful of the chemicals and stuff.

Just shave it off, it's a lot easier and your arms will be soooo smooth.
