My boyfriend is going to court the 31. Well like a year ago he was racing another car. Here In Texas there this Road called Vally Mills and every body goes and races. Well he got pulled over. And what do you think will happen when he goes will he go to jail or what?

if it has been that long proboably not he might have to serve a few days but it will most likely be fines you know how the court likes to fine people.

In Texas he will probably get slapped with a good fine no jail time. He should pay the fine and then there is no problem. I live in TX and in my county that is the way it is done. The jails are too over crowded.

You didn't state the charge. If its just for drag racing or speeding or speed contest, he won't go to jail. Just a fine. Unless he doesn't pay the fine. Then again, it is Texas. He may face the death penalty!
