Most women these days are looking for a man to take care of them.No looks are not important it's all in the personality for me so just keep being the man you are and don't be worried about your looks or what it take as long as you have a mother and she raised you right just treat a woman how you would treat your mom or sister.

Hi. Since I do not know your age group I will be general. The younger 20is generation like men who are self assured, honest (yep honest) and have a sense of humor. NO looks are not everything nor is " size" or $. It's a combination of them. No self respecting women wants to be with a man who is always looking at other women in her presence (nor should she do it the same in your present) and women want a man who can carry a conversation about something besides who got drunk at what party and where to get the best pot. Pay attention to them when they talk, talk back to them. Hold her hand, hug her, BE A GENTLEMAN.

I think looks count but they're not the most important thing. I personally look at the man's personality . Is he fun to be with, easy to talk to, does he really listen when I talk & does he show he can be sincere & honest.

When a woman sees a man it could be the smile the way he looks at her. Not everyone goes for the good looking guy ....its the personality which is the biggest attraction. I like a strong man not meaning physical i mean someone that can protect me, challenge me, and make me feel like a real woman

Youth and beauty is what women look for first in a man. However if a man hasn't got a good personality, a woman will not want him for keeps. It is very hard to find a man with all the qualities like good looks, honesty, reliability, faithfulness and not into reading dirty magazines.

To be honest, the first thing I notice about someone is their smile. If I'm interested in them, it's the personality that really matters. A man is so much more attractive when they have a great sense of humour. Knowing what they want in life is also a big factor. If they don't know what they want, how do you know they want you.

I won't go for a guy with extremely gnarly teeth, but that is my only real shallow appearance based judgment. I judge a guy by actions more than anything else. I watch how he treats his female relatives and female friends, I listen to the way he discusses women with his friends (most of us women have this little superpower that allows us to observe but not be observed until we want to) and I watch how he is with animals and kids. That gives me the best idea of whether or not he's worth pursuing before we've even said two words to each other.

A career driven, employed, family oriented, fun loving, husbanly type, with at least a 7/10 in terms of looks and a few other spices here and there. Aman who wants a lady to be his companion and not his helper is fine with me.

Good conversation, confident, happy with who he is, good smelling, just the right tough and a great kisser, etc.
A man has to respect you completely, but also not be afraid to stand up for his own believes (als long as they don't belief they're mono-fob, lol)
