Well I know in the us its 18 but they'll let you do almost anything in Puerto Rico. Theres a good chance you'll find a place that will let you do it but it might not be clean. Just be careful, some nasty places that don't ask age or I.D. might get it infected

If you are going to Puerto Rico without any
supervision...Getting a tattoo is the least of
your worries. There's a time an a place to rebel.
Alone in Puerto Rico isn't it.........
First you will get ripped off, and your tat will
probably be a mess.......because..no honest person
will want the job. Your a kid and you are certainly
acting like one. It's not a smart choice.
