Try going out of the city. Rent a car and go with some friends to a place like Bucks County, the Catskills, the Berkshires. It's off season, you can stay at an Inn or a hotel and drive around and see the area, have a good meal, and see another area. You want something different, you said you have done it all in NY, but I think there is no such thing as doing it all in NY, I've lived here all my life and always find something new to do, or a new restaurant to try, but, I do have a home out of town now, and think it's great to get away at times.

Try donating your time in a soup kitchen or homeless shelter. You could also donate a pint of blood and do so every 8 weeks thereafter. I can't think of a better gift to give yourself then the gift of life to another. There are so many charitable things you can do and it won't cost you any money and you'd feel so much better about yourself. Maybe you could spend time visiting at a nursing home and use one of your talents to entertain them, such as singing, dancing, or just talking with them to hear their stories. And just think how happy those people would be because of you and your contributions. Happy Birthday.

Try something you've never done before. Also, I suggest if you have one there maybe a Dave and Busters, it's bar, food, and fun. I know there was one in Philly I had been too. I like Japense food too so maybe you could try a new restuarant with a similar food taste?

Also nail party at spa, spa day, limo ride to somewhere, pool party, or cookie baking. Hope that helps lots!! I have the same problem picking out parties for me!
