If the majority report abuse, how long does it take to get obscene trolls off this site?

It varies. Sometimes as fast as a few minutes, sometimes much longer. Might depend on how obscene, it might depend on what time of day it is in California, and it might depend on how many report, and it might depend on how many different things are being reported at a given time. You might be able to go "behind the scenes" and ask those who run the site, if you really want to know more.

It also might depend on how many bogus reports they are deleting. They have no problem deleting on a whim for report abusers but when we report someone with porn it stays forever.

but today for the first time since i have been here , i recieved a message from yahoo saying they were looking into my complaint and will review the question i was reporting
they have never done this before , so i wonder if they reviewed others in the past

I don't know, but I am fed up with them..let's just keep reporting, perhaps they may get banned for life..well, we can pray they get saved or get banned if you get what I mean .
