It could be "ノルブズ," "ノルビズ," or "ノーブズ." Please ask somebody in person before you do.

use the katakana for no - ru - bi - zu. Sorry, I don't have the fonts to put them here, but you can look this up on a Japanese site. Unfortunately, this will make your name 4 syllables long.
This may make for some strange / unrecognisable pronunciation, so you may want to reduce your name to IPA i.e. how it is actually said, & then try to render it into kana that way. I do this with my name as it sounds very strange when it's directly translated into kana, so I use a phonetic version that I can recognise & Japanese people can get a close approximation of how to say it properly.

In katakana your name norbz would be ノーブツ but you could also write it in hiragana which often looks better, especially if it is for a tattoo and would be のーぶつ
