I have a friend who violated probation with a drunk and disorderly criminal mischief less than 2000, does this mean automatic jail?

thanx Nostradamus, he is attending meetings, I had heard the term probation re-instatement?

it probably depends on what it is your friend got probation for.

all a re-arrest while on probation really means for sure is that the deal that they made to give you probation in the first place will be re-examined.

the best thing your friend can do at this point is get into an alcoholics anonymous group and also seek therapy.

i'm being 100% serious with you on this...
