Is it okay to use a sun screen lotion with your regular moisturizer if it does not contain any SPF protection?

Yes but the sunscreen should go on first, lots of moisturizers have sunscreen in them

I do.It's seems to work out just fine.I moisturize when I get out of the shower.Then I apply my SPF to any exposed skin prior to exiting my house.
