Pay the 13 year olds to do it. Not like it's a choice, there are just times when they have to chip in and now would be one of them. You should lay on the couch and just tell them what you need them to do. Have the 11 mo olds take their nap in a playpen at your side so that you can sleep more soundly. Also tell the 13 yr olds that the more rest you get the faster you will get better and that you appreciate them being so big about helping.

God love ya. Recruit the two 13 year olds! If that's not an option, call relatives, friends, the church, ask people to watch the kids in shifts while you rest. If you have it, give someone some money to take all the kids to Chucky Cheese for pizza and games for the afternoon, or the send the kids to stay overnight at a friends house.
But I wouldn't get rid of the two older ones unless you can unload all of them. At least they are big enough to fetch for you.
If you can't get help watching the kids, call in for pizza. Get paper plates/cups so you don't have to clean as much. Make some meals ahead of time so the 13 year olds can microwave it or whatever and serve it to the little ones. Letting the kids eat PB&J sandwiches or other stuff they can fix themselves won't kill them for a few days while you rest. Most of all GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR and REST so you can get well.
Take care of yourself. I feel for you. I'll say a special prayer for you-one mom to another.

do you have any relatives that the 7 yr old and 11 months old kids can stay with? Or your husband or boyfriend? Your 13 year olds should be ok, they can most likely take care of themselves.

Have dad help out and the 13 yr olds are old enough to help out too! The 7 yr old can even help a little.
