if you are unhappy with the person you are with.. then leave them. i cant stand it when the person says "it just happened" kissing is one thing... but still not acceptable. but when you sleep with another person.... its def time for break up. i couldnt forgive them. once a cheater.. always a cheater...

It is called being a coward. Their d$%* does not jsut fall into the p***y. You are right even kissing is unacceptable. Just date and be happy & cut the losses.

Why do people cheat? There could be many answers for that question. What I can do for you is answer it the best way I can. Long time ago when I was going through my college years and stupid, I cheated on my long time boyfriend, but he was long distance. Anyway that's no excuse to some people. I was having sex with another guy I was seeing while at college. The reason why I did that at that time for me was because I wanted to. Really deep down in my mind I felt that I was more emotionally connected to the other guy in college and I was feeling rejected by my boyfriend. It's basically a growing process, experimenting. You basically have to mature and grow up and realize that's silly and risking your life. Luckily I made sure a condom was in place. Now I am proud to say I left those situations behind me. Today I am a woman engaged soon to be married to a man that is equally in love with me with kids.

Contrary to what society states is right or wrong, promiscuity in males is biologically normal while promiscuity in females is much less common and much less biologically-present in large mammals. This is due to the biological difference b/w males and females. Males can naturally have sex with as many mates as they want and not have to worry about having a child. Believe it or not, promiscuity is evolutionarily selected for - the more females you mate with, the higher chance the offspring will be yours, and the higher chance your genes will get passed on to the next generation. So, technically, "cheating" does makes sense - at least for the male gender.
With that in mind, it is still considered "wrong" by society, and I also believe it is morally wrong. Both males and females should respect the wishes of their mate and be empathetic towards them. Cheating while intoxicating is no more right than cheating when sober. "In vino vertias" means "With wine, the truth" in latin and still holds true today from ancient Roman times. When drunk, people's inhibitions are relaxed and they do things they *want* to do without feeling the moral restraint of society. The point is, you should *want* to be faithful to your bf or gf... not cheat on them. If you cheat on your mate when you're drunk - it's still cheating - and should be treated as such.
I believe people can change, however, so I do not believe in "once a cheater, always a cheater". Being a male myself, I would estimate that 99% of males desire multiple partners in life - however that doesn't mean that that desire will always be stronger than the desire to satisfy the one they are with.
It basically comes down to this...under the influence or not, if a man loves you enough, he should act to repress the natural desire to cheat and to push towards creating a stable and loving relationship.

a person cheats when they think that what they have is worth losing. If a guy cheats on me, that would tell me that he thinks I'm not worth keeping.
Sometimes a person won't cheat again but more often then not "once a cheater.. always a cheater"

monogomy is not an instinct. Cheating is only bad because society tells you it's bad. A few short decades ago, it was almost expected that a man have a mistress. Genetics explain men cheating. With women, it's different. Usually there is something in the relationship that is missing causing her to cheat. That is the mans fault. To say it doesn't make sense is saying you don't understand human nature.

Cheating is a way for people to prove that they are attractive to other people. It makes them feel good about themselves because it shows they are desirable to other people aside from their partner. But unless they are complete and utter a**holes, they will only feel good about themselves in the short term for having cheated. Anyone with half a conscience nearly always lives to regret it. Guilt will eventually consume them. So in the long run??? You've guessed it, cheating is NEVER worth it.

This has always been my response to the matter of cheating. And also that a relationship should be based on what is in the relationship itself and not what is outside of it. If a relationship is bad on its own, then you deal with it accordingly. But you don't look outside of it for excuses to make it bad things or compare it to. If you want something other than the relationship you are in, then get out of that relationship first.

People cheat because its fun...the thrill of not getting caught is like some sort of euphoria...its wrong of course...but my ex told me this. And yes...once a cheater always a cheater...eehhh...in some cases the man may really love the woman to lose her so he wouldnt do it again..but I stand by you on this one.

depends on the situation, if the person's drunk and kisses another person, fine thats ok with me, if the person is all drugged up, lke massed overdosaged and slept with another person without knowing and will to ok im fine with that too cos its understandable but if u cheat out of desire and on ur on will then dump them cos their not worth forgiving cos if they truely love u they wouldnt be with anyone else but u
