Occasionally, it is okay. We all have things that we like...currently I'm craving cold crab meat all the time!!
Ice cream and Ketchup are two sweet things, though. As parents, we can't let our babies taste buds be shaped by only eating sweets. Offer plain fruits and veggies all the time, ice cream and ketchup only occasionally, and your baby will be fine.

You're the grownup, she's two -- you decide! (By the way, how does she obtain the ice cream and ketchup?) But, be sure to "pick your battles". Don't say "No" unless you intend to consistently follow up with rewards/punishments. Personally, I think ketchup is good on scrambled eggs too.

It won't kill her. Take a picture to remind her of it when shes 15 and complains about how strange YOU are.

Seriously, if she likes the combination, let her try other combinations. Like carrots and hummis, veggie chips and dip, bagels and cream cheese...things she can smear, drizzle, or "paint" with. For ice cream, try butterscotch, peanut butter, or strawberry jelly.

my best firend's sister does this also and she is 13 years old. it is not going to hurt and we all eat something that others think is weird. we all have our own taste buds and it could just be a phase that she out grows. and if she eats that she may try lots of things that you don't like and like them so it is good to let them experiment.

As long as she does it in moderation. She may also want to try french fries (chips) and whipped cream

We all have our moments I have been partial to strange food combinations. Just teach her in moderation, not sure it is good to totally deny something that is enjoyed.

Please make a note of this for her 18th or wedding day !!!

Everybody likes something different; if she enjoys it, then neither one will harm her, so I'd let her.
