Oil free loose powder at a drugstore or if you can afford it at a department store go there. You will have to reapply it (especially on your nose anyway)throughout the day but trust me it's the only answer to your problem. The most crucial part it that the shade really matches well so go to a drugstore like Longs which accepts make-up returns or make sure the make-up counter lady tells you what shade you are. You will probably need a barely visible/sheer blush because the powder will cover some of your natural color. The powder works great! Otherwise almost every woman in the U.S. would not be wearing it right?!!

Don't overdry your skin!! I read some responses that say use a lot of soap. However, if you strip all moisture from your skin it will start to produce more oil to balance out the hydration level. There are different products: oil blotter sheets (use ones without powder on them. They lift oil off w/o removing makeup or having to apply a product), or Proactiv's Daily Oil Control (it has little microsponges that soak up oil all day long), or Proactiv's Sheer Finish Mattifying Gel (it's like powder in a gel form so it absorbs oil, fills in pores, makes your skin feel baby soft, and keeps your makeup in place if you wear it).
Go to www.americankiosk.com, then kiosk locators to find a Proactiv kiosk in your city.

Once or twice a day, before you wash your face, mix some baking soda (in the palm of your hand) with some water, creating a paste, then apply it to your nose. When it dries, rinse it off then wash your face. This also works on pimples since baking soda seems to neutralize oil production

Invest in a facial steamer, about $25.
or use boiled water in a pot, to steam, with a towel over your head, (not on the stove).
Weekly should be your routine, it cleanse all the clogged pores, your nose is less oily.http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=77129&catid=76145&aid=335944&aparam=conair_facial_sauna_warm
Also stop using foundation, it'll leave u really greasy, just wear a oil- free matte, pressed face powder.
Also oil blotting sheets are great.

Ponds strips
They kind of hurt peeling them off but they really work. They have special ones for oily skin

don't scrub too hard because it could stimulate the oil glands even more.
