He could be loosing interest, ask him how he feels about you. Don't expect a quick answer, but ask him to be truthful.

Talk to him. You won't know what's going on unless you talk to him about it. If he stays distant and gives you that cold shoulder feeling, even after you've tried to communicate with him to gain an understanding of what's going on, then you can assume that his feelings for you have changed. Some people lack the courage to tell their boyfriend or girlfriend that they want to move on, and they hope that their change in behavior will be a strong enough hint for the person they are wanting to break up with. It could also be that he has something heavy on his mind that he is uncomfortable talking about. Still, you will not know until you talk to him.

I went through this with someone I loved very much, but I wasn't IN love with him anymore, so I got a little distant. It hurt us both, but I learned a lesson from that relationship. It's selfish and dishonest for someone to continue in a relationship that they aren't really into anymore...confront him about it with a heart to heart. Maybe he might have a lot on his mind lately. Whatever it is, don't take it too personal.

first of all, that quick thing is a clue,he may not feel the same romance like he used to and those things do happen, people fall in and out of love .it,s life and try not to let it bring you down,if you think about it ,would,nt you want some one to pay more attention to you.Be up front and ask him,you may not like the answer he gives you, if so ,it may be time to move on and consider it another page in your life.

He wants to keep you on the side so he can date other girls. Which is fine. You should date other boys. Even Steven. End of story. This time in your life you have SO MANY GUYS TO CHOOSE FROM!!!!!!!!!!! Use it to its fullest capacity!!!!

Maybe he thinks you're immature.... how about you (not to be mean) grow up and talk to him about it. I doubt people on yahoo answers know what he is feeling. I hope it works out for you.

My opinion- he could be distancing himself.
Don't be afraid to ask questions, but don't let someone jerk with your emotions either.
