"When you ease the pain of your heart, your liver begins to hurt" ;)
Alcohol is not an option. Sure, you could get yourself drunk and forget about everything (and I mean everything), but this would work only for a very, very short time.

I'd say - get your mind busy with something else. Something you like -hobby, sport, whatever. Hang around with friends (if you have some really close friends, tell them what is your problem, and that you need their help to keep yourself busy with something else).
And... look for another woman as soon as you feel ready (this may take time, however...).

Don't rush things. Time heals all wounds, includingthose on one's heart.

Beer, friends and time. That's about it. Same thing happened to me when I was 21. I even thought about killing myself at the time. That would have been a stupid move. I'm quite a bit older now and happier than I ever was.

well, time will ease the pain.
And you are still young.
You can focus on those good things instead of only thinking about her. like learning a foreign language, travelling, or trying to find a really nice girl but not hurt her.

You are young! GO hang out with your friends... the more time you spend with them the less you will have time to think about her. Eventually it will get easier... just try not to spend a lot of time alone. Who knows, maybe you will meet another girl while out with your friends.
