Since there is no question here to answer my only comment is you're lucky it's only $10.00. Where I live it's $75.00 and they are just as incompetent as this group sounds.

Also the DMV has nothing to do with driver's license. TxDOT is not responsible for driver licenses. The driver license program is overseen by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)
