Nope it's just the price of the flowers have become so outrageous. A, friend's daughter was in the hospital and I thought I'd send flowers. That arrangement of flowers (and there wasn't a single rose in the bunch) cost me over $75. If you should ever get flowers, consider yourself one very lucky girl cause the guy that sent them to you paid through the nose for them and he thought you were worth every penny.
I still give flowers from time to time.

There are many men and women that give flowers out . I work at a florist as a driver and they are a few men and women that ask for flower deliveries. I give flowers to my sister, sister-in - law and my mother . No gf or wife in my life.

No, people give each other flowers all the time. I normally get them every Valentine's Day from my fiance... but I don't really like getting them because they just sit around my room and then die. That's no fun, I want something I can keep.

Sorry, It should not, considering the value certain people put in this act. But, trust me, I once gave 42 different roses to somebody, she threw them away in a few days instead of drying and keeping them. She was not used to such treatments. I was shocked and I do not think I will repeat it anymore. But Do not hesitate to give someone yours, it shows civilization. Regards

forever, men have hated giving flowers but we did it because it shows we would sacrifice our better judgement to make you happy. Now, a lot of women are also realizing the stupidity of giving dead plants as gifts, thank god.

I don't believe so. I have done so for about 40 years and have yet to hear anyone complain. The ladies all love them and most guys will even admit to appreciating them.
