yes, you need a mexican passport and a US tourist visa. the tourist visa will take you several months to get...i'd get started if i were you!

No, not yet. The major change to require a passport for travel between the U.S. and Canada and the U.S. and Mexico has not yet gone into effect.

May prominant U.S. Republicans and Democrats see what a problem such a major change in policy is and have had it temporarily postponed. Since it is an attack on the liberty of U.S. citizens more than it has an effect on non-citizens, it could be eventually thrown out along with several other new anti-american big brother intrusions into American lives.

For now, only if you fly into the United States. In 2008, you will need a passport even if you walk across the border.

Why would you be exempt. Yes of course even American citizens need a passport to enter their own country.

The rules were changed this year. Now you DO need a passport. Blame it on the 13,000,000 Mexicans who are here illegally.
