Lincolns and cadillacs have been spruced up with spoke rims, white walls, and continental kits....you guys are just boring....you ride around with factory rims and paint jobs like geeks....while the real car fanatics love for our cars to stick out...even the manufacturers are putting 12 inches on cars now...19's are the norm in Europe....companies like AMG are far from being silly...personally, I would go with the 18's...the 20's might fit but it might offset the alignment and the ride...tint it out, even suicide the rear door, get TV's in the headrests..Life is too short , enjoy cruising around in your ride...Air suspension would be cool on that big body, too...

The car would be safer if you kept the factory specs & forget the 20's.

I have a conti also
in my opinion I dont think it would look right with 20's on them. it wont handle as well as it does with a lift kit anyways. Its really up to you.. but they are made for luxury and enjoyment. Not really made to be pimpin.

Not sure why you would go up 4 sizes. Save your money & leave it stock.
