Do I cook the bacon first then wrap around the tater tots. I saw this on Rachel Ray but I cannot find recipe

You don't cook the bacon first. You cut the bacon strips in half and then you wrap the bacon around the tater tots, secure with a toothpick, then bake them together at the temperature on the tater tot package. I saw this on Rachael Ray myself and tried it that night.. they're YUMMY!!! Oh, and don't forget to soak the toothpicks in water first (for a good 5-10 minutes) so they don't burn in the oven.. not so yummy!

wrap half fried bacon around the tater tots then bake it on 400 for about 25 min

take some uncooked bacon strips, some uncooked tater tots an some tooth pics dip the tooth pics in water so they dont burn in the oven
wrap a bacon strip around the tater tots secure with a tooth pick and then bake in the oven

No - the bacon should be put around the tater tots before baking; fried bacon isn't very flexible.

cook the tator tots and then cook the bacon and then wrap the bacon around em'

no u dont cook the bacon first. just fry it up all at once.
