Stop treating government servants like dirt as Indian government is presently doing.
Stop expecting that the government servants should eat air, drink water get no money to run heir houshold not even get salaries in time and yet serve the nation well!
Stop reservation based on any criteria whatsoever in giving jobs and give jobs purely on merit!
Pay suffeciently competitive salary to the government servants so that more and more good and honest people can take to government jobs!
Anyway, why am I wasting my time, Our government authorities, ministers & policy makers are blind, deaf & dumb who only know their rights and feel that they have no duty towards citizens! So, nothing can change till aware persons like us occupy the chairs of power!

What I say right here could seem to be very anarchist, yet I assure you that's no longer my reason. there'll consistently be corruption. The leaders and backbone makers are human, and could supply in to human temptations of power and wealth. And on a similar time as the clicking can and could blow issues out of share whilst a mistake is made, they're interior the splendid for doing so. whilst a man or woman has power, it extremely is like a verify baby subject. The verify is an alcoholic, they seem to be a foul impact. the baby is an alcoholic, he's had a foul upbringing. No baby-kisser would be a hundred% suitable, and as a result no baby-kisser is unfastened from corruption. No guy could have power over yet another and not be in possibility of bribery, blackmail, flattery, or deceit. Even the Macheviallians government could fall if it have been run by skill of the human beings of on the instant.

We should put up the list of all corrupt people with their photos and positions in all public places

with a caption people who are a disgrace to society.

Why not start a web page corrupt people of India and give all details about them for every one to see.
All corruption cases should be brought to quick justice and fine them 100 times of the money involved in corruption in first instance, 250 times second instance and through them out of job with a fine of 500 times.

Constitution of India should be changed so that about 1000 prominent people of the locality should be taken as jury to assist the judicial declaring the corrupt person.
Heavy penalty involved should be publicized so that every one knows it.
a corruption case should not take more than 30 to 60 days to decide.
Judiciary should be made accountable.
Youth and children should be made to understand the ill effects of corruption by holding debates at all levels and participants given certificates and or awarded.

corruption has spread to all vital organs of the governing system. to end corruption, we need to have strong laws to dealt with the criminals. Detterent punishment is the only option so that none emulates. cleansing should begin from top then down the line it will automatically show the results. If an DGP involves in corrupt practices like the recent one in Punjab, its obvious that the subordinate officers down the line will make a beeline to follow the footpath.

The simplest and the most effective way to fight corruption is not to be a part of it. If each and everyone of us who wants corruption to go is prepared to bear the hardships if necessary, but not contribute to pay the big -bellied ones, things can improve. Of course the people in general have to get together to fight if the fight is to succeed. This is how I have gone about it in the last few years.

I applied for a temporary electricity connection for muy house under construction, but things would just not move. I went to the SDO and told him that his staff wanted money. His reply was that it happens everywhere. I told him "it does not happen with me". I got the connection the same day.

In my wife's income tax return certain deductions had not been allowed. I went to the ITO and complained saying that his staff wanted money. I was told "money is paid only by those who want wrong things done. I am sure no one asked you for it". The issue got settled.

I was travelling in train and wanted to be upgraded to air conditioned sleeper, but the TT would not do it saying there was no birth available. I accepted that. A little later I was offered the birth.

When i sought completion report for the house I was asked to come with token money. I went there and told the officer that i would pay no money and he should report the matter so that I could pay the neceassary penalty since I had overbuilt. He got himself off the case. Another officer was appointed and he worked out a penalty of Rs two lakh. I disputed that and it was reduced to Rs 1.25 lakh. I paid the money and got the completion..

Some people think nothing can be done without paying money. I was travelling by train once when spare seats were available. A gentleman came, he paid money to the TTE to get a seat. I asked the TTE if he wanted to go to Jail. He was shaken but the gentleman who paid the money asked me not to pursue it.
