Do i have to use a Blank DVD cd to burn videos on, or can i burn videos on a cd-r and watch it on the dvd player?

ye u can burn videos onto a cd-r, cd+r, cd-rw, cd+rw. its called 'video cd' or 'super video cd'....these play back in most dvd players...theres many programs to burn these. one of the most populars is nero.

No : yourself must rent movies in order to play them because
your "CD - Writer/DvD -Rom Combo " has 48x32x16x48 max
speed only .Other wise get additional hard drive like0.6 ok?
