you would need a computer. put the memory stick into the computer, then download from the digital camera into the drive that is the memory stick.

Yes is possible. The best way to do this is connecting your camera to the computer and then you open My PC and look for the memory stick disc and then you just do copy and paste from you digital camera to the memory stick disk. There is another way if you camera have the option to move all the photos in the internal memory to the external ( in this Case the memory stick) and then you will have the internal memory empty and the external with your photos.

your question is confusing. so you're saying: is it possible to transfer the data from the digital camera to a memory stick?
first of all the digital camera has a memory chip in it that stores all of the pictures you take. if your digital camera came with some type of software so you can view your pics and print, then connect it to your computer (you'll have to look at the camera's documentation) and then save your pictures or whatever to a temporary file (or you can create a new folder) where you can store them and have them saved in the computer.
by memory stick, do you mean flash USB memory stick?
insert the memory stick into the USB port, then go the the folder where you stored your pics and copy those files and paste them in the USB window (file) that popped up when you inserted the stick.
your ? was confusing, you can email me if you need clarification

step one is having a cable to plug your camera into your computer. it is generally a cable known as "firewire". one end plugs into your camera and the other plugs into a "USB" port either in the front or back of your computer.

once the camera is plugged in to your comp it should open by itself. if not click on start---> my computer and open it from there(double click).

once you have found the files you can right click on a file and copy it. then go to your destination drive(memory stick) right click and paste the file.

To the best of my knowlege you can't do it directly - you'd need to save to a computer first then copy the files to the stick.
