his name is caleb, i have no idea if he likes me or not but i really like him and if he doesn't like ME well i gotta work on that becouse i WANT him to like me.

Just be yourself! Don't try to make him like you, just be a friend to him and act Natural and eventually it will come. Just don't push it too hard. Also, don't focus on the way you look, if he's any kind of a gentleman, he will think you are the most beautifull person on the face of the earth no matter how you look.
Take my advice as a teenage guy, i've been there :-)

Well do you talk to him a lot like over im or in class? if he comments on your clothes he prolly likes you or if he jokes areound with you and is playful he is most likey interested...if not then start flirting with him first start by talking about school then talk about things you have in common if you get really brave you can even ask him out!

Be real...U cannot make someone like you....if you like him let him know by doing subtle things...if he likes u he will respond to them...however dont do stupuid things in hopes that he will fall in love with u

You can't make someone like you. Someone should like you because they want to like you - not because you were able to make them like you. You deserve to have someone like you for who you are. Just be yourself. I know you really want this boy to like you because you like him. It hurts when someone we like doesn't like us back. Still, we all deserve to have someone like us for who we are. If you want Caleb to like you, then make sure he really does like you, and doesn't just like the person he thinks you are because you are being someone you're not. Just be yourself. If he is worth it, he will like you for who you are, without trying to change for him. If he can't like you for who you are, then too bad so sad for him - it is his loss - and there are plenty of other boys who can take his place.
