The most I've won is $800 on a slot machine in Atlantic City NJ at the Showboat. I also won $250 twice in Las Vegas. But I mostly play blackjack, where the most I've ever wagered is $20 on a hand. I had a pair of aces, split them and doubled down (bet additional $20), and pulled a face card with each. That gave me, I think, a win of $48 on one hand if I remember correctly.
I was sitting two slot machines down from a woman who won $2,500 at Harrah's in Las Vegas, and I thought she would have a heart attack.

About $600 playing roullette in vegas on a single spin.
I've won about $3k in a trip but I don't really consider that a bet.

$3200 playing roulette at Imperial Palace Casino in Biloxi, MS.
Took several hours, but things started going my way. I was actually up over $5000, but got cocky at the craps table and lost $1800+ before walking out the doors.

i won a $2500 bet on the Broncos-Cowboys game on thanksgiving in 2005. Bet the broncos and the over under.

I won 2$ but its just luck. I would advize you not to rely on bets, once you loose bigtime you will realize it takes luck to win!
