Despite the funny touch to your question, it sounds horrible.
It would take a great emotional struggle for a man to live without his 'manhood' unless ofcourse he has the love and affection of a woman. Only a woman, by her pure and unconditional love, can salvage such a man's life which otherwise could be an unreversible disaster.

If there's not anything more to the man's depth of character than that, he wasn't much of a man to begin with. I'm not a man so it wouldn't affect me unless it was my man it happened to. Love can make a way. I would have the courage to stand by him. He would just have to face it like others face other handicaps and diseases and hardships in life. It's called nobility and character. If I got uterine cancer and was on chemo, I would expect a real man to stand by me as well. Only immature selfish cowards would run from commitment. I don't think it changes the hormonal make-up of a person and again, a person's worth isn't in any physical attributes or limbs. They are still a man and always a man with or without an amputation of any kind.

itd be hard to have kids. and sex. your girlfriend may not like you as much anymore.
but there are medical procedures to get a transplant from a doner. seeing as most guys wouldnt want to donate, you would have to have a dead doner, as in someone who just before dying, said they would give you their penis. but they would have to have the right blood type and all that stuff.
don't believe me? watch ripley's believe it or not, it has been done!
or go to your science museum, they have that stuff there too! a guy's had it replaced with his index finger as well, which is another option

I would feel very, very bad because I would not be a man anymore, physically speaking. I guess I would try to get another one...but how ?!
