I like Japanese very much and would like to learn it. I'm asking native speakers for help. I'm trying to learn japanese by myself, but I'm not doing very well. So please help if you can or maybe you know an easy way to learn the language =)

Going to Japan is the best way to learn the language. If that is not an option, learn all the hiragana and katakana and basic high school kanji. This will help you read and understand the language. Next, learn all the vocab you can. Any word that you are unfamiliar with write down in a book and learn all these words. Also learn lots of verbs and adjectives and basic sentence structure and particle use.

Hi, I am looking to established a institution for folks who're involved in finding out Japanese. Not a lot success up to now. I talk just a little. But, to a couple folks it appears like plenty. But, it's not. I taught it at school after which I taught English to Japanese. I have a institution website already however I have not performed whatever there but so... I want folks to be taught Japanese.

Konnichiwa! I am not a native Japanese speaker, but I am trying to learn Japanese by myself as well. I have a few things that have helped me immensely. First I went to Barnes and Noble and got The complete course from Living Language. It includes a coursebook, Japanese/English Dictionary, and Cd's to listen to pronunciation. I also have Pimsleur Japanese Audiobook that I put on my Ipod. I went to iTunes and subscribed to a free podcast called Learn Japanese@Japancast.net. or try JapanesePod101.com podcast at iTunes as well.
You also have to be diligent about it because you will forget. I also joined a Japanese Language and Culture meetup group that I found on Meetup.com. You can also go to mylanguageexchange.com, set up an account and try your luck there too. It is free and you get to meet people from all around the world. I also listen to a lot of Japanese music so I can hear the pronunciation, but it is not exact as spoken word, but the music is great so I don't mind a bit. I watch tons of Japanese movies too. Everything has to do with PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. Listen to as much of it as you can. The most difficult part for me is conjugating the verbs. Pronunciation comes pretty easy for me and I think it's because I speak Spanish.
Try to find someone to speak Japanese with. Sorry so long-winded. I hope this helps out a bit. You can also try to send me a message and we could chat further about it.

I suggest watching their Entertainment in their language, such as Anime, Movie, Manga, and Video Games so that you can have fun while you get familiar with it.

Also the more you use the language, the more you get better. So have some native friends to communicate with.

About reading, If you master at least Hiragana, then you will be fine to read letters in Entertainment. So start from Hiragana for reading.
