Andar is a very versatile verb...it could be used in in a multitude of ways...sounds to me like a chick talking to a BF who is leaving her...could probably be implying she thinks he may have been philandering, or it could be interpreted as her saying if you do this to me, what won't you do to someone...
I think this is what it means, but I could be a bit rusty from not using my Spanish for a 6+ years...
