Usually, when a guy stares at you for long periods of time or looks away when you look at him , does that mean he thinks you're attractive or something else?

it prolly means he is blind, blind people never know what they are looking at, and people think they are starring at them...

help him cross a street or something, or slip him the answers on a piece of paper...

he either likes you or he finds something very interesting about you. flirt with him a little bit, nothing big but if you like him smile at him when you catch him staring, or confront him on it if it creeps you out. either way
