i have had my heelys for 2 months you start running and then you put on front in front of the ather and lean your weight back on on the weels

It's reqlly easy, don't think you are gonna fall as you won't do that...at the beginning...

You put 1 foot for and the other after the 1st one.
Ask a friend to help you as a leaning "pole".
The you push with the back foot and repostion it as in the beginning. Don't put your toes down and DON'T lean forward!
In fact, it's better to lean backwards then forwards as you will fall on your back and not on your face!

you put one foot in front of the other while running slowly, and stay balanced on your heels and keep your toes off the ground
