Endemic...disease common in a defined geographic area.
Epidemic...infectious disease rapidly spreading through an area
Pandemic...an epidemic out of control and may be affecting several forms of animal life

"pan" is the greek suffix that indicates "very wide"
...like in pandemonium = demons all over the place

there is nothing above "pan" ;-) so go for it

"end" is the suffix for "within" and is use here for "confined", thus is the lowest

"epi" is a suffix used here to indicate "among different people"... thus scores mid place!

so your list looks like

pandemic top/worst
epidemic mid
endemic lower
