What's the best PC software to you use to manage pic's from my camera?

I am currently using Kodak EasyShare software. Is anyone using something better than this? Anyone using Picasa from Google?

Picasa it's free from google.

I will recommend Picasa because it offer you web album up to 245Mb so you can store a large quantities of photos. And another option that Picasa has is that you can start photo and in this way while you are viewing your photos in slide show you can select the ones that you like the best. And most of all is Free and works very well in correcting red eye.
