could be your sinuses, usually sinus headaches are in that area and feel especially sore if you put your head down and then lift it back up again, and your head feels like it is throbbing

Sounds like a sinus infection.

It could be migraine, as I usually get it in one eye, and you start to see wavey patterns (mirage).
