I live in Colorado. Whenever there's a weather system moving in (high/ low pressure systems), I get a huge headache for a few days until it actually hits our area.

We've had weekly systems move in since before Christmas--so this is getting very annoying. It's not a sinus headache or anything related to allergies. It's just a splitting headache. The worst part, IB profin doesn't help.

How can I separate my body from being affected by the weather?

Move to a warmer climate would be the logical thing to do here.

I had back srugery in 1998 and lived in New Jersey. The arthritus is bad so it was best for me to move to a warmer climate and Georgia was the chosen place and it was a good choice.

It's all a part of blood flow. If you can, take an aspirin once a day. This should help.
