The Bibles teachings should be harmonious, so if any part of the Bible is difficult to understand, it should be clarified and interpreted by another part of the inspired Word. If this can't be done then it may not be the truth.

The bible is like a beautiful puzzle, when you start putting the pieces together you see a beautiful picture, but Satan has placed some pieces that don't belong in the puzzle and has led many People to stop believing in the bible. We need to find these pieces and take them out.

Usually a lie is a lie, but when it is written in the Bible, we claim that it becomes the truth. Christians therefore do not even question the most outrageous statements, and we are hard-pressed to have any sympathy for them.

You don't have to accept the bible as the truth if you don't want to. But I bet you will wish you accepted at least John 3:16 the day you stand before God!

"It is full of interest. It has noble poetry in it; and some clever fables; and some blood-drenched history; and some good morals; and a wealth of obscenity; and upwards of a thousand lies."

The Bible may well be difficult to comprehend but I would rather take it`s teaching, than the lies and half truths of human beings, who despise God and His word.

Circular arguments are not the worst of the logical fallacies employed by theists to support their superstitious drivel.

Frankly when it comes to dialoging with biblical fundamentalists/literalists you are pissing into the wind .. sorry for speaking inartfully but it is true. Their minds are made up so dont' even bother. Every great religion has their whores/extremists ... these happen to be the Christian version of these whores.

One would like to think so, but it is unlikely to happen. Many people believe the bible implicitly, notwithstanding its hundreds of errors and dozens of internal contradictions.
