Feng Shui is based upon the truth that there is meaning in the form and arrangements of everything, but the error of Feng Shui is to force these patterns according to inadequate and erroneous human knowledge|

Feng Shui is part of the occult, which is forbidden to us|

It is forbidden because it involves meddling in a domain where we do not know what we are doing - like putting children at the controls of a nuclear reactor|

Most of them don't get it to begin with because it is forbidden territory that could lead then to the gates of he// & then this "Satan" could get a hold of them & they would be lost in a sea of sin. At least that's what I remember them telling me as a child & as an adult! Me thinks that feng shui would be too much for the average Christian to comprehend, let alone actually be able to pull off in a POSITIVE way. They are not tuned into the energy thing without a Bible as a centerpiece. It's far too foreign for them to accept on an immediate basis, but I am confident that a few truly SPIRITUAL Christians could incorporate feng shui into their daily lives & living spaces.

There is nothing wrong with interior decorating, and perhaps there is a science of the aesthetic that can influence the way one lives and feels just by arrangement and decoration (through color, use of space, etc.). If that's what you mean by Feng Shui, then a Christian would have no trouble with that.

If on the other hand, one were to ascribe certain powers to the arrangement of objects, etc., that would be a sin of superstition.

I think we would have to know a lot more about feng shui to have a real opinion.

They hate everything. They hate feng shui too i'm sure. i'm getting a bit irritated by the christians. can you tell? they are so unbelievable. they can never back anything they say up, except with the bible...but that's it. a fictional book. fantastic. when you have real proof, i'd love to hear it. until then...SHUT UP!

I feel it leads to pretty good interior decorating. I'm obviously not concerned about how my furniture invites good or bad spirits, but as an artist, I can appreciate the general visual balance the principles of it create.
