Well in one state you would actually have the nuptials!! and the other state you would truly just gong through the motions for guests!! Or you could have the wedding and a small celbaration following and the other state you can have the actual reception with the exchanging of your vows to echos the cermony you had prior!! Oone wedding alot of work!!!! Two..... Good Luck!!!!

You can't get married twice! I went to a reception last fall where the wedding had taken place in another state. Some of their wedding pictures were on a table with a guest book. It was rather informal with a buffet and a sheet cake. It was held in a room off the bar of a club. Beer was furnished, but we could buy drinks if we wished. It was very relaxed and a lot of fun!

Apparently you didn't like the suggestions from some of us who took the time to try & help.
YOU are going to have to come up with what works for you.
You will not be able to have TWO weddings. One will be a wedding, the other a vow renewal. They're planned basically the same way.

You should only have one actual wedding, as it would be in poor taste to "re-enact" the real ceremony. But you can have as many receptions as you want. (What is the issue-- Are you trying to please relatives that live in different regions, or what?)
