a hair that has turned back toward the follicle ...brought on by some trauma to the site.....like shaving to close or a abrasion...... keep the area clean and don't pick t it or it can become infected. just be patient and it will work it;s way back up and then put a warm compress on it and the tweeze it out.....neosporin
