Interesting range of answers. Hugh Ross noted that there's only six zeroes between the two, whereas the "not created, it coalesced" answer requires a few quadrillion years at least. Seriously, natural processes to get what we now have would require more time AND more material than the universe now has.
You should note that God did not say how long He spent creating the universe and this particular planet. He thought it more important to be clear on WHO created it, and why.
