1. is there any patient situation they found affected them more than another and why?
2. what skill have they most improved upon and how?
3. any regrets in career
4. is there a role for more EMT initated procedures in the field, and what?
5. do they really put on the sirens and the lights to get through traffic!!!!

Ask them if they had a chance to do it all over again, would they make the same job choice and why. A lot of people don't realize some of the things you have to do in health care; others would like to stay in the field but in a different capacity.
