If they're not hurting each other, then it's normal play - don't interfere.

Could be one of two things: 1. This is puppy play and boxers are a breed that play rough. Listen to the barking and growling. There is a difference of sound between playing and fighting. 2. Having the female for two weeks before the male gives her alpha status and she owns the house and you. She is asserting her seniority and expecting the male to be submissive. In this case they will figure it out before you will. They will find their place with each other. Being only puppies they will grow together. The important thing is to let them be together and play with them. They will learn to share you and the home.

puppies play fight, and sometimes it sounds as though they are killing each other. But play fighting is normal and healthy for young dogs.
Even if you think they are fighting in ernest, what may be happening is that your dogs are establishing dominance (they're deciding who's the boss). And while this may be painful to watch, it is normal too. As soon as they sort out who's boss of the pack, they will settle down.
I would suggest doing nothing, unless you notice serious injury being inflicted. And by serious I mean something more than a nipped ear or tail.

How old are the puppies? If they're pretty young, they're probably just wrestling, playing. Let them alone, they're learning how far they can go, learning that biting hurts and isn't fun for either party. They are probably sorting out dominance, too. Just make sure they know that you're "top dog" in the pack, and that any other humans also outrank them.
Only seperate them if one hurts the other. Then, if you haven't already, start them in a basic puppy class with a trainer. Petsmart has classes, or you could contact your vet, or friends/relatives that have dogs and ask for references.

No. This is sometimes normal that dogs fight, especially whn they are small. I have two boston terriers (now 3years old). They used to play fight alot. Now I take my dogs to the dog park and they sometimes get aggressive with other dogs. Im not sure if this is why but now I dont allow they to play fight and they seem to be getting better with other dogs. Good luck
