The guy wont even talk to me ......I let him down gently but gosh.....what do I do?

It's a defense mechanism. Give him time, don't avoid him but don't make a point to search him out. Once he realizes that he didn't like you all that much (okay - convinces himself of that even if it isn't true) in the first place he'll be back to pretty much normal.

They take it harshy because most guys r full of themselves and almost expect girls not to reject them. you should do nothing about it because the only thing that would make him happy is if u go out with him and im sure u dont wanna do that. He only wants pity so dont give it to him because all he wants is attention from u. if u ignore him, then he will move on and leave u alone.

Because he's a wus. That's probably got at least something to do with why you gave him the boot in the first place. Second, if he wont talk to you now, mission accomplished. There are billions of other men who you can be lovers and/or friends with. He'll survive. Don't sweat it.

It's all about ego. Being rejected is hard on a guys ego, so sometimes we get mad after. If he's not a jerk he'll smarten up sooner than later.

Guys are very emotional, but they don't like to talk about their feelings. They show their hurt through action instead of words. I would try to talk to him if he'll let you, but if he won't, then I would let him get through this in his own way.

Give him time I mean unless he is like me what would you expect. Once you hurt a guy you gotta give him his time and space to get over you then only he will be able to talk to you.
