where is the washer motor on a 95 ford windstar?

washer motors are generally located on the bottom of the resevoir on almost all autos these days...

I think to remove it look underneath the right front fender in the front, the neck is seen under the hood

it should be in the bottom of the washer fluid container....may have to take the container off the fender or fire wall.
